Shipping & Return Policy

Shipment

In stock orders ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.  All orders are shipped from the warehouse located in Virginia.  Delivery timeframes are dependent on the final delivery location. 

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@MesaSteamShowers.com

Shipments to Canada

Shipments to Canadian addresses are subject to border duties & fees. For more information on shipping from the United States to Canada, please refer to our delivery to Canada page.

Delivery & Inspection

We will be providing your phone number to the shipping company; they will be calling you to coordinate and schedule an appointment, typically 24-48 hours before delivery. An appointment during normal business hours with a signature is required by the freight company. 

Delivery Appointment

The shipping company will attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. Most freight companies have fees for missed delivery attempts.  Customers will be responsible for any fees for missed delivery attempts.  If the shipping company still is unable to communicate with you to delivery the shipment, the item will be shipped back to it's original location, and you will be subject to cover all costs associated with the shipping, missed delivery, and transactions fees at 3%. 

Inspection

Upon arrival, please inspect the exterior and interior for damages. You must open and inspect the parts for any type of damage and report it to the driver before it is signed.

If the package and structure are unsavable, you should refuse the delivery and contact us immediately for more information at support@MesaSteamShowers.com

If the unit is signed for without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition.

Delivery Damages

In the event the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment are refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of the replacement unit or parts that are damaged. 

Items that arrive damaged and were fulfilled via freight shipping will be provided compensation first via replacement parts/pieces at no cost, or in some circumstances, a refund/partial refund. If it's determined that damages exceed savable value, replacement units will be provided.

Inspect the package immediately, even if you will not be installing the unit. The shipping company requires the customer to report any damages within the first 48 hours after delivery. Your shipment will be delivered by a freight carrier using a single driver. Please make sure someone is available to help the delivery person unload the items.

The freight company will only deliver goods to a ground floor location and are not responsible for moving your items upstairs. Ensure that someone can assist the driver with moving heavy/bulky goods at the delivery location. If redelivery needs to be arranged because no one was at the delivery location an extra charge may be applied.

Installation & Certification

The unit must be installed by a licensed plumber and electrician, or it will void the warranty of the unit from the manufacturer. The purchaser of the steam shower accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation, and installation. This unit is not to be used for commercial purposes. The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify MesaSteamShowers.com from any actions, lawsuits, judgments, or liability claims arising from the use of these products. Mesa Steam Showers is not responsible for any liability or losses arising from plumbing or electrical installation.

It is the customers' responsibility to confirm that the product will comply with their state, county, or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require.

Installation & certification returns 

If a customer purchases any steam shower unit or bathtub that does not pass inspection, we will allow returns subject to the following conditions.

The item must be in new and resaleable condition, including original packaging, manuals, accessories, and original crate.  The customer must pay all costs related to the original shipping and return shipping, even if shipping was free.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a restocking fee if applicable.

Returns

You can return all non-Clearance items purchased from MesaSteamShowers.com within 30 days from the date the item is delivered. Your order must be in brand-new and uninstalled condition. The item must be in new and resaleable condition, including packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.Clearance items are non-returnable, and all sales are final on clearance items.

The customer must pay all costs related to the original shipping and return shipping, even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a restocking fee if applicable.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received and fully inspected by the warehouse. Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it, including any shrink wrap, tape, and form. This will help prevent damage to us.

Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25% of the retail price (not including the discount provided).

For all deliveries that require a signature upon delivery, the delivery date is defined and determined by the date displayed on the corresponding shipping company documents that were used for the release of the item upon delivery. For items that do not require a signature for delivery, or in the event there is no date or no documents for reference, the delivery date is determined using the shipment tracking # via the 3rd-party carrier's website. 

Cancelations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before order processing will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after items have been processed will be subject to return shipping costs.

Cancelations can only be processed during normal business hours, 8 am-5 pm (Eastern Standard Time) Monday-Friday. 

Non-USD Payments

Reimbursement for cancellation is in accordance with the purchasing currencies on our website (USD), and we are not responsible for any foreign transaction fees, marketing-rate currency fluctuations, or other discrepancies that may exist related to your banking transaction and/or fees.

ORDER CANCELATION REQUEST

To cancel your order, please fill in the details and submit a form using our Request to Cancel Order.

*All purchase orders paid with a credit card, PayPal, or financing are subject to a 3% fee for all items returned. 
*All orders placed will be held to the terms described within this page. The terms of this agreement are not voided under any circumstances, including but not limited to orders (s) placed via telephone, live chat, invoicing, or other forms. All orders placed are held to the policies found within our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Warranties

All steam showers carry a 7 seven-year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structural warranty protects the structure of the steam shower from peeling, fading, delaminating, or cracking. Structural components include the acrylic panels, shower pan, ceiling, and glass panels. All steam shower parts carry a 1 one-year guarantee against defects.

All jetted tubs and air tubs carry a 7 seven-year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structural warranty protects the structure of the tub from peeling, fading, delaminating, or cracking.  All jetted tub and air tub parts carry a 5 five-year guarantee against defects.

Mesa Steam Showers carries most replacement parts in stock and will arrange for a spare part to be delivered to you. Replacement parts can be ordered by emailing our service department at support@MesaSteamShowers.com

Mesa Steam Showers recommends that a certified plumber or electrician replace the spare part. Mesa Steam Showers does not accept any responsibility or liability for the installation of spare parts.

Submission of Personal Information

Some functions of our website may require you to submit information like your email address, phone number, or other details. With your submission, you are providing your consent to be contacted by members of our staff, third parties or contractors associated to the process of the transaction, automated marketing materials and messaging including email, SMS, push notifications, and/or other marketing or communication material. Your consent voids any liabilities related to carrier charges, or other charges you may incur. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. At any time, you may opt-out or request an opt-out.

CHOICE OF LAW, JURISDICTION, AND VENUE

All transactions are to be held under this Agreement will be governed by, and will be construed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any action or dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement or its subject matter may only be brought in the state or federal courts located in or with jurisdiction over Wake County, North Carolina. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive personal and subject matter jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in or with jurisdiction over Wake County, North Carolina.
