Shipping & Return Policy
In stock orders ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order and will be delivered in 1-6 business days after shipment. Please note these shipping timeframes may be extended during holiday seasons or due to issues surrounding the COVID-virus. Timeframes are estimates only starting the date of pickup and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability, and item warehouse location.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@MesaSteamShowers.com
Shipments to Canada
Most shipments to Canadian addresses are subject to boarder duties & fees. For more information on shipping from the United States to Canada, please refer to our delivery to Canada page.
Delivery & Inspection
We will be providing your phone number to the shipping company; they will be calling you to coordinate and schedule an appointment typically 24-48 prior to delivery. The shipping company will attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. In cases where shipping companies have applied fees for missed delivery or if after the maximum attempted deliveries, the shipping company still is unable to communicate with you to delivery the shipment, the item will be shipped back to it's original location and you will be subject to cover cost associated to the shipping, missed delivery, and transactions fees at 3%.
Upon arrival, please inspect the exterior and interior for damages. You must open and inspect the parts for any type of damage and report it to the driver before it is signed for. If the package is damaged, you need to report damages to the delivery driver; if the good has are clearly damaged, you should refuse the delivery and contact us immediately for more information at support@MesaSteamShowers.com
If the unit is signed for without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition. We cannot process an insurance claim with the freight company if the unit is signed for (which means you received it in good condition). It is not standard procedure to replace and ship an entirely new unit. In the event the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of the replacement unit or parts that are damaged. Items that arrive damaged and were fulfilled via freight shipping will be provided compensation first via replacement parts/pieces at no cost, or in some circumstances a refund/partial-refund. If it's determined damages exceed savable value, replacement units will be provided.
Inspect the package immediately even if you will not be installing the unit. The shipping company requires the customer to report any damages within the first 48 hours after delivery. Your shipment will be delivered by a freight carrier using a single driver. Please make sure someone is available to help the delivery person unload the items.
The freight company will only deliver goods to a ground floor location and are not responsible for moving your items upstairs. Ensure that someone can assist the driver with moving heavy/bulky goods at the delivery location. If redelivery needs to be arranged because no one was at the delivery location an extra charge may be applied.
Installation & Certification
The unit must be installed by a licensed plumber and electrician, or it will void the warranty of the unit from the manufacturer. The purchaser of the steam shower accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation, and installation. This unit is not to be used for commercial purposes. The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify MesaSteamShowers.com from any actions, lawsuits, judgments, or liability claims arising from the use of these products. Mesa Steam Showers is not responsible for any liability or losses accruing from plumbing or electrical installation.
It is the customers' responsibility to confirm the product will comply with their state, county or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require.
If a customer purchases any steam shower unit or bathtub that does not pass inspection, we will allow returns subject to the following conditions. You will be able to return the unit for purchase price of unit, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 25% if the unit is in the original packaging. If the steam shower unit or bathtub was opened, or opened and assembled, additional restocking fee(s) may be apply.
Cancellations & Returns
You can return all non-Clearance items purchased from MesaSteamShowers.com within 30 days from the shipping date when it leaves the warehouse if units are brand new and uninstalled. Clearance items are non-returnable. The item should be in its original condition including packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc. You may be required to place the item(s) on the pallet provided upon delivery. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received and fully inspected at the warehouse. Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25% of retail price (not including discount provided).
The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee if applicable.
Customers are allow to cancel their orders at any time for a full refund. If an item is custom made, cancelations are not possible after 48-hours of the order; or if an item has a wait time exceeding 30 days, the customer is responsible to cover merchant transaction fees at 3%.
Cancelations can only be processed during business hours (Eastern Standard Time). If a cancelation is requested the same business day as the item was shipped, the customer is responsible to cover any cost associated to shipping and also is subject to a 3% transaction fee. To be eligible for a full refund, the cancelation request must be requested prior to the business day the item was shipped.
Reimbursement for cancelation is in accordance to the purchasing currencies on our website (USD) and we are not responsible for any foreign transaction fees, marketing-rate currency fluctuations, or other discrepancies that may exist related to your banking transaction and/or fees.

All steam showers carry a (7) seven year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structural warranty protects the structure of the steam shower from peeling, fading, delaminating or cracking. Structural components include the acrylic panels, shower pan, ceiling, and glass panels. All steam shower parts carry a (1) one year guarantee against defects.
All jetted tubs and air tubs carry a (7) seven-year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structural warranty protects the structure of the tub from peeling, fading, delaminating or cracking. All jetted tub and air tub parts carry a (5) five-year guarantee against defects.
Mesa Steam Showers carries most replacement parts in stock and will arrange for a spare part to be delivered to you. Replacement parts can be ordered by calling our service department at support@MesaSteamShowers.com
Mesa Steam Showers recommends that a certified plumber or electrician replace the spare part. Mesa Steam Showers does not accept any responsibility or liability for the installation of spare parts
