We get asked about this regularly. The short answer: we don't have a showroom because we'd rather put that money back into your price. Physical locations add overhead — rent, staffing, utilities — and those costs end up in the product price whether you visit the showroom or not. Selling exclusively online lets us keep pricing competitive without cutting corners on the product itself.
One thing worth knowing: even retail stores that carry Mesa products typically won't have units on display. If you want to see a model before buying, the best option is to reach out to us directly. We can walk you through specs, dimensions, and features in detail.
Installation Support
Every purchase includes access to our installation support team — real people you can call if you run into questions during installation.
Installation support is available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST, and opens once your order has shipped. If you have installation questions before you purchase, email us at support@mesasteamshowers.com, and we'll get you sorted out.
